Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Gurugram. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation,



and evaluation of nursing interventions across rehabilitation and homecare-related services. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments as per protocols, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and coordinating with physicians, therapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team. The role involves educating patients and families on care plans, recovery processes, and homecare instructions, while ensuring adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards. The nurse will participate in case discussions, support discharge planning, and contribute to a patient-centered, empathetic care environment.
Qualifications

Clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs.
Experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings, with exposure to neurological, orthopedic, or geriatric patients.
