Living Well Partnership is made up of 8 GP surgeries working innovatively to change the way we deliver great patient care and fast, effective patient communication.

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our large, friendly and supportive nursing team as we continue to expand to meet the growing needs of our patient population.

Our established nursing workforce comprises Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), Specialist Nurses, Prescribing Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Nursing Associates and Health Care Assistants, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality patient care.
