Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and deepening relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their financial protection needs, and recommending suitable insurance solutions. Daily activities include meeting clients,



explaining product features and benefits, handling customer queries, ensuring timely policy issuance and renewals, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, tracking sales targets, participating in local marketing or promotional activities, and ensuring a high standard of customer service in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
