About the Role
Zyeta is looking for a Senior Billing Engineer – C&I; to manage vendor and subcontractor billing, quantity verification, measurements, BOQ validation and commercial documentation for commercial interior fit-out and Design & Build projects.
The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate certification of vendor bills based on executed quantities, approved BOQs, PO/WO terms,



agreed rates and supporting documentation. The candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, Commercial Teams, vendors and subcontractors to ensure billing accuracy and timely project closure.

What You Will Do
Vendor Bill Verification
Review and verify vendor and subcontractor running and final bills.
Validate bills against approved PO/WO, BOQ, agreed rates and payment terms.
Verify executed quantities through physical site measurements.
Ensure only completed and measurable works are certified for payment.
Identify duplicate, excess, overlapping or incorrect measurements.
Measurement & Quantity Verification
Conduct physical measurements for Civil and Interior works.
Verify vendor measurement sheets against actual site execution.
Check dimensions, calculations, locations and quantities.
Link measurement sheets with the approved BOQ and maintain accurate Excel-based quantity records.
