Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential startup clients, building and maintaining relationships, and understanding their funding and strategic needs. The Business Development Manager will create and present proposals, collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, and support the development of business plans and pitch decks. Daily activities include market research, outreach via calls and meetings,



networking with investors and ecosystem partners, and tracking opportunities through a structured sales pipeline. The role also includes achieving revenue and growth targets, reporting performance metrics, and contributing feedback to improve services and processes.
Qualifications
Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospect qualification, and pipeline management.
Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with startup founders and investors.
Analytical and research skills to understand markets, evaluate startup business models, and identify growth opportunities.
Presentation and communication skills, including preparing and delivering compelling proposals and pitch materials.
