Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex organizational initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive project execution while maintaining solid stakeholder engagement and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation,
and risk mitigation strategies
Execute projects using established methodologies and governance frameworks to ensure successful delivery within defined parameters
Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and implement corrective actions when deviations occur
Manage project budgets and resources effectively to optimize outcomes and maintain financial accountability
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Act as the primary liaison between project teams, business units, and stakeholders across all organizational levels
Develop and implement targeted communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and proactively address concerns
Build solid relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and alignment
