Required Qualifications
Participate in the design, development and implementation of complex applications; often using new technologies and coding patterns
Robust experience desired for React and detailed knowledge of JavaScript required. Robust desire for experience with ASP.NET Core, MVC, APIs, JSON, security best practices.
Working with partners and project managers to understand business processes in order to understand business requirements; translating those business requirements into functional/technical requirements
Performing analysis of requirements in order to identify gaps and impacts to existing code and functionality
Be able to investigate issues at depth independently – equal focus on code maintainability/readability besides code reusability
Implements low to moderately complex solutions to address issues and risks, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability
Establishes a model for continuous process improvement by applying process engineering best practices and delivering reusable technology solutions

Desired Qualifications
5 years of full stack experience
Experience with API development using .NET Core, React, JavaScript, .NET, SQL Server, JSON
Design, develop and maintain custom websites for ASP.NET Core
Any fundamentals on the Core Java is a plus.
Robust facilitation and communication skills - both verbal and written is a must, the role would require written and verbal communications with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams
Well versed in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory etc
Experience with Agile Development & ability to work with global delivery team to implement the technology solutions
