This will help you grow:
Develop and validate Trimmed Body finite element (FE) models.
Perform Energetic Stiffness Analysis and Modal Analysis for vehicle structures.
Execute Acoustic Transfer Function (ATF) analysis to evaluate vehicle acoustic performance.
Conduct Full Vehicle Body Vibration Analysis and interpret simulation results.
Perform post-processing for NVH load cases, including:Normal Mode AnalysisFrequency Response Function (FRF)Load Data Specification (LDS)Analyze simulation results and provide engineering recommendations for NVH optimization.
Collaborate with design, product development, and cross-functional teams to resolve NVH-related issues.
Ensure CAE models and analysis reports meet quality standards and project timelines.
Prepare technical documentation and present simulation findings to stakeholders.
This is how you will help us move forward:
Solid knowledge of Vehicle NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) fundamentals.
Hands-on experience in Trimmed Body, BIW, and Full Vehicle NVH Analysis.
Proficiency in Agile Stiffness, Modal Analysis, FRF, ATF, and LDS.Experience in FE model preparation, validation, and post-processing.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.
