About the Role

We are looking for a PMO Lead with experience in Technical Program Management and Delivery Governance to manage project planning, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery tracking across technology teams.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in Agile settings and managing software delivery programs involving Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and Business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Drive project execution against milestones, deliverables, and release schedules.
Maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.
Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate across Engineering, QA, Product, DevOps, and Business teams.
Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
Identify and mitigate delivery risks and project blockers.
Facilitate project governance meetings and stakeholder reviews.




Prepare project status reports and executive dashboards.
Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Monitor sprint progress, release readiness, and delivery health.
Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
