The Senior Digital QA Analyst is responsible for driving quality assurance across up-to-date composable ecommerce storefront platforms. The role ensures high-quality delivery of digital experiences built using React, Salesforce PWA Kit, Amplience CMS, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

This position owns test strategy, test planning, execution, and quality governance across multiple releases and features. The role focuses on validating end-to-end ecommerce journeys, CMS-driven content experiences, and frontend application behavior while aligning with business objectives and customer experience expectations.

The analyst collaborates closely with engineering, product, and business teams to define quality standards, improve testing efficiency, and prevent defects early in the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Execution
Lead test strategy definition and planning for multi-release programs
Design, review, and execute test cases (manual, exploratory, regression, and automation-supported)
Identify critical test scenarios aligned to ecommerce user journeys




Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects

Quality Engineering & Validation
Validate React-based UI components and composable storefront architecture
Test CMS-driven content rendering and content model integrations
Perform end-to-end validation of ecommerce flows (PDP, cart, checkout)
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across devices
Validate integrations across commerce, CMS, and backend systems

Defect Management & Continuous Improvement
Drive defect identification, triage, and prioritization processes
Lead root cause analysis and define repeatable defect reproduction steps
Ensure closure of production defects and validation post-deployment
Identify gaps in test coverage and implement improvements
Analyze post-release quality metrics and enhance QA practices

Automation & Tools
Contribute to automation frameworks and improved test co
