About Fintechy
Fintechy is an agentic AI and full-stack engineering company headquartered in Recent York City, with offices in Canada and India. We build production software for growing businesses in Finance, Healthcare, and Retail across North America.
You'll sell two things:
Agentic AI & product development. Autonomous agents, AI-native workflows, and full-stack builds from idea to running product, client-owned. Our sister product, Blackbee AI, is live with paying customers.
Accounting services. Recurring finance and accounting operations, our longest-standing practice.
We are engineers first. Clients feel the results in weeks, not quarters.
The role
We're hiring our founding sales leader. You'll be based in Chennai and sell into North American markets, working directly with the founder. As revenue scales, this role converts to Head of Sales, and that path is written into the offer.
This is a founding-seller role built around four things: generating leads, closing deals, building the team, and owning the number.
What you'll own
Lead generation
A repeatable outbound motion:



targeted sequences, account research, and qualified North American conversations booked every week
Conversion of inbound and directory leads into discovery calls
Partner relationships in the ERP and accounting ecosystem that source referral deals
Closing
Full deal cycles across both lines: agentic AI and product engagements, and recurring accounting services
Consultative, value-based selling to CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and founders, with founder support on solution design
Building the team
A documented, repeatable sales playbook: ICP, messaging, sequences, proposal templates
Hiring and coaching SDRs and account executives as pipeline justifies it
Owning revenue
Quarterly and annual revenue targets across both lines
CRM discipline, forecast accuracy, and honest pipeline reporting
What we're looking for
6 to 8+ years selling software services or technology services in B2B, including time as a founding selle
