Role Description This is a full-time Sales Manager role based in Vasai, offered in a hybrid model that combines on-site work with some flexibility to work from home.



The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities, including identifying and acquiring new MSME clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting RATNAAFIN’s financial products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting client meetings and presentations, analyzing customer needs, and recommending appropriate lending and financial solutions. The role also involves managing a sales pipeline, monitoring performance against targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with credit, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The Sales Manager will be expected to uphold high standards of ethics, customer service, and regulatory compliance while driving business growth.
