Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies and local regulations. Responsibilities include supporting employee benefits administration, assisting with performance management processes, and providing guidance to staff on HR-related queries.



The role will also involve coordinating recruitment activities, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and working closely with management to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.
Candidates should possess skills in developing and implementing HR Policies.
Candidates should possess experience with Employee Advantages administration.
Candidates should possess solid Personnel Management skills.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, especially in the Indian context.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively on-site.
