Position Purpose: Fund Accounting operation / production

Responsibilities: Daily Operations (Delivery of Daily Net Asset value of Mutual funds) & People Management

Direct Responsibilities

Candidate will be expected to run the operational areas on a day-to-day basis as per SLA.
The role requires very robust Organizational skills. In this role individual would be expected to have full understanding of process and control and to be involved in production as preparer/ reviewer of funds.
The Candidate will be expected to work closely with the teams within FA & other satellite teams.
Solid technical understanding of Fund Accounting / Fund Services functions and across fund structures is expected. Anticipation of issue and risk assessment would be key and timely escalating to appropriate team/ escalation contact would be expected.
Ensure audit protocols are followed by the team. Perform periodic independent control to ensure adherence. Identify proactively,



control gaps and take mitigating steps. Act as SPOC during audit period.
Ensure incident management protocol is followed by self and the team.
Ensure procedures are in place to effectively deal with exceptions and that they are reviewed, researched, documented and resolved in a timely manner.
Demonstration of commitment to ensure continuous process improvement to achieve efficiency targets.
Effective and Strong Communication Skill required for this role
Candidate will be responsible for managing team
He/ She should participate in performance evaluation and Appraisal process
He/ She should be having periodical connect/ meetings with team and ensure communication calendar is followed
Ensure team is motivated by following a strong Rewards & Recognition culture.
Manage Hiring requirements of the team.
Lead / Participate and encourage team to participate in various CSR and engagement activities / initiative
