Role Description This is a full time, on-site Principal Investments role based in Mumbai. The Principal Investments professional will be responsible for originating, evaluating,



and executing investment opportunities across target sectors, including conducting detailed financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence. The role involves developing investment theses, structuring transactions, preparing investment memos, and presenting recommendations to internal committees and senior leadership. Day-to-day activities include monitoring portfolio performance, identifying value-creation levers, managing stakeholder relationships, and tracking market trends and regulatory developments. The individual will collaborate closely with investment banking, wealth management, and asset management teams to align principal investments with the firm’s overall strategy.
