What would you do?

Selected candidates will undertake assigned projects and tasks to understand Knowledge Transfer activities, client operations, processes,



and Mobilization procedures. They must remain versatile as work requirements evolve.
CONSISTENCY AND STANDARDIZATION: Standardize KM processes and templates across transitions.
CONTINUITY: Ensure knowledge continuity from transition planning to steady state.
ZERO KNOWLEDGE GAPS: Prevent issues and escalations.
PEOPLE AGNOSTICISM: Document and version-control KM steps to reduce reliance on individual KT resources.
