About Flybi

Flybi Technologies measures stockpiles, mines and industrial sites from the air — drone LiDAR, photogrammetry and airborne magnetics with audit-grade, density-measured volumetric reports. JSW Steel buys it quarterly across its iron-ore mines; KPCL uses it for fly-ash volumes; BMM Ispat for stock verification. The service is proven and repeatable. What we need now is the person who takes it to the next thirty plants.
What you will own

The stock-verification engine: thermal power stations, steel plants, ports and cement — new logos from first meeting to purchase order.
The compliance-retainer play: mine-lease survey obligations (MCDR / Rule 34A) sold as an annual retainer to lease holders.
Converting the meetings our inside-sales desk books; running site walks, pilot surveys, proposals and negotiations to close.
Channel and partner cycles alongside the founders; a clean Zoho CRM pipeline with a weighted forecast every Friday.

A deck presenter who needs an SDR team and a marketing budget before the first call. You bring a rolodex, not a slide.
Location and hours

Based at Kengeri (Mysore Road), Bengaluru 560060 when not travelling; Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Travel 8–10 days a month across India.
Compensation

Fixed pay aligned to experience plus a percentage of new-logo revenue, uncapped — discussed openly on the first call. PF, travel on actuals, and a 90-day probation review against the three numbers above.
