Role Description The Mortgage Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, responsible for driving home loan and mortgage sales while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. This role oversees lead generation, pipeline management,



and conversion of prospects through effective relationship building with customers, developers, and channel partners. The Mortgage Sales Manager will manage and guide a sales team, set performance targets, monitor metrics, and implement sales strategies aligned with IIFL Home Finance’s growth and sustainability goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating customer eligibility, coordinating with credit and operations teams, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, and executing local marketing and outreach initiatives. The role also involves regular market analysis, competitor tracking, and continuous improvement of sales processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending processes, including home loans and related regulatory guidelines.
