Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Securr is a full-time position based in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. In this role, the Relationship Manager will manage and deepen relationships with individual and corporate clients, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable solutions in insurance. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings,



reviewing portfolios, preparing proposals, coordinating policy and investment documentation, and ensuring timely renewals and follow-ups. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining accurate client records, tracking service requests, and supporting client education through regular communication and updates. The Relationship Manager is expected to provide high-quality, ethical advice, meet agreed performance targets, and contribute to the growth of Securr’s client base.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to understand client goals and build long-term trust.
Knowledge of financial products such as insurance (health and general), investment instruments, and loans, along with basic financial planning concepts.
