Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting revenue growth for Accilaire Interiors. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with the design and project teams to develop proposals and quotations. The role involves regular follow-ups, negotiation of terms,



and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to project execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring frequent client visits and market research within the region.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management skills, including networking, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in sales and business development activities such as lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
Ability to understand interior design and fit-out requirements, translating client needs into clear briefs for internal teams.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple prospects, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently.
Comfort with using productivity and CRM tools, email, and presentation software for proposals and reporting.
Relevant experience in interiors, real estate, construction, or related industries is highly beneficial.
