Role Description The Field Executive is a full time,



on-site role based in Chandigarh and focused on supporting the planning and implementation of development projects at the ground level. The individual will coordinate field activities, engage with local stakeholders, beneficiaries, and partner organizations, and collect qualitative and quantitative data through surveys, interviews, and field observations. The role includes documenting field findings, preparing basic reports and presentations, and providing inputs to project teams to improve program design and delivery. The Field Executive will assist in organizing community meetings, training sessions, and awareness campaigns, ensuring timely execution of project tasks and adherence to organizational standards. Collaboration with internal consulting teams and external partners is key, along with maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress to project leads.
