Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving vehicle sales and providing a high-quality customer experience. Day-to-day activities include engaging with walk-in and referred customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features, variants, and pricing,



and recommending suitable Toyota models. The role involves conducting test drives, preparing and presenting quotations, negotiating within defined guidelines, and coordinating with finance and insurance teams to facilitate seamless transactions. The Sales Executive will manage lead follow-up through calls and digital channels, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and ensure timely documentation and delivery of vehicles. Additional responsibilities include participating in showroom events and local marketing activities, staying updated on product and competitor information, and collaborating with service teams to support long-term customer relationships.
