? Key Responsibilities
- Handle prepress activities for adaptable packaging and flexographic printing
- Prepare and check artwork for production
- Manage trapping, step & repeat, distortion and print layouts
- Prepare files for flexo plate production
- Ensure accurate colour separation and colour management
- Check artwork for technical issues before production
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Plate-making and Quality teams
- Ensure correct specifications for substrates, inks, printing and finishing
- Maintain accuracy of job files, revisions and production records
- Support troubleshooting of prepress-related printing issues
- Ensure jobs are released to production within planned timelines
? Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in packaging prepress / flexographic prepress
- Experience in flexible packaging will be highly preferred
- Good knowledge of CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and packaging prepress software
- Understanding of flexo printing, trapping, colour separation, anilox, plates, and registration
- Knowledge of Cylinders/plate distortion and step & repeat is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to coordinate effectively with production teams
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
