About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to take ownership of product quality across our education platforms.

You will be responsible for planning and executing testing activities, identifying defects before production, and working closely with Development, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure stable and reliable releases.

What You'll Do

- Design, document, and execute test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
- Collaborate with .NET and Angular developers to understand requirements and validate fixes.
- Coordinate testing across DEV, SIT, UAT, and production environments.
- Support release sign-off and maintain test coverage documentation.
- Perform API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
- Participate in sprint planning and grooming to identify testing risks and edge cases.
- Support UAT activities and issue triage with business stakeholders.
- Maintain effective defect and test-case tracking processes.

What We're Looking For





- 5+ years of professional experience in Manual QA / Software Testing.
- Strong experience in writing test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Experience with browser developer tools for UI/network troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Experience testing web applications with REST APIs and backend integrations.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.

Good to Have

- Exposure to Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience with SQL/MongoDB for data validation.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or multi-tenant platforms.
- Familiarity with performance/load testing concepts such as k6.
- Experience testing role-based access and permission-driven systems.
