Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a agile Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer. The ideal candidate should have a diverse set of technical skills and experience in QA, including in automation testing, regression testing, performance, load and stress testing, security testing and user experience testing, as well as a passion to lead QA best practices and team members, developing and maintaining a high-quality QA practice.

For hands-on support for our project assignments, we are looking for a QA Engineer with good expertise in Automation; Selenium and Azure Cloud based applications. The candidate will be responsible to follow executing existing test plan and must be responsible for writing new test cases and execute for our customers robust web and desktop application.

What you’ll be working on:

- Test planning and detailed test case design
- Develop QA automation strategies, including creation and maintenance of automation test scripts.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Verify the seamless integration of different components or modules with the product work together as intended.
- Lead efforts in performance (load and stress) testing, ensuring that applications meet specified performance requirements and can handle expected loads.
- Collaborate on any release management activities to ensure a smooth and co-ordinated release of the digital product.
- Co-ordinating user experience testing to verify the product meets the usability standards and aligns with user expectations.
- Defect logging and tracking
- Leading the quality planning of all client engagements, understand project requirements, working closely with senior leadership,



and other roles to plan the appropriate quality assurance activities for each engagement, aligning them with business goals and allocating QA resources accordingly.
- Contribute to new business proposals with aligning QA activities, value-add with client needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive QA best practices, including defect management, in line with SDLC, Agile methodologies and other Integrella best practices.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and reporting channels to ensure QA status is available to all project managers, technical lead, and other stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, solving issues as they arise to ensure the smooth progression of projects.
- Provide input into product requirements during backlog refinement and other Scrum ceremonies to ensure testability and improve client outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Supervise and guide QA team members, providing necessary support, direction, and motivation.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement. Conduct post-project evaluations on QA activities and create comprehensive documentation for future reference. Feed these and other inputs to identify areas of improvement in testing processes and tools, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external test service providers such as security testing, ensuring contracted services meet quality standards.
- Providing personal development inputs to technical lead and other stakeholders to support the development of team members skills.




- To facilitate reduction in defects throughout the SDLC.
- Ensuring effective and visible QA metrics to senior management.

What we are looking for

- 6-8 years automation testing experience on Selenium, Cypress, Appium or TestComplete Testing.
- Good knowledge on Test management toolsets like Jira, TestRail.
- Good experience on performance toolset like Apache JMeter. LoadRunner.
- Good understanding or experience on Security testing tool like Nessus, Burp Suite, HP test suite.
- Good knowledge on API Testing Tools like Postman, SoapUI.
- Pragmatic experience in QA and passion to use this to drive high value QA practices at Integrella.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of API and API Testing.
- Must have knowledge on writing test plan and deriving test estimation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion.
- Skilled at conducting user acceptance, functionality, regression, performance testing.
- Previous proven experience with the development of Test Cases, Test Scenarios and/or Test Plans.
- Experience testing web, mobile and desktop applications.
- Testing experience in web based and database applications. Apps are written in C#, MVC, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Azure.
- Working knowledge of SQL, HTML and XML and internet browsers.
- Relevant business work experience supporting a technical function and understand technical viewpoints.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Pro-active in leading and contributing to best practices for Integrella.
