We are looking for an experienced

Senior Project Manager to lead and manage residential construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate should have solid project execution, team management, coordination, budgeting, and quality-control skills, with proven experience handling residential and apartment projects

.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to successful completion.

- Take overall responsibility for project schedule, cost, quality, and site execution

.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.

- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion as per approved schedules.

- Manage project budgets, material procurement, labour requirements, and resource allocation.

- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements before and during execution.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.

- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement timely corrective actions.

- Supervise and coordinate project managers, site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

- Ensure proper documentation, project reports, measurements, bills, and work records are maintained.





- Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to required quality and safety standards

- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports to management and clients.

- Coordinate inspections, approvals, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

- Manage variations, contractor claims, and commercial aspects of the project.

- Ensure effective communication between design, procurement, and construction teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in

Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

.

- 10+ years of experience in construction/project management.

- Strong experience in residential projects, apartments, villas, or large-scale developments

.

- Proven experience managing projects from planning through handover.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, specifications, and project documentation.

- Experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.

- Good knowledge of project scheduling, estimation, budgeting, and cost control.

- Proficiency in

MS Office and other project-management tools is preferred.

- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders on-site.
