Roles & Responsibilities

- Review PO, specifications, datasheets, drawings, and project requirements.
- Plan and monitor project execution, engineering, manufacturing, inspection, and delivery.
- Coordinate with clients/EPCs for technical clarifications and approvals.
- Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and datasheets before submission.
- Coordinate with vendors and sub-vendors for technical and manufacturing activities.
- Track document approvals, comments, and revisions.
- Coordinate manufacturing clearance, inspection, FAT, and testing.
- Monitor project schedule and identify potential delays.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams.
- Identify technical deviations and cost/schedule impacts and obtain necessary approvals.
- Prepare and close technical queries, deviations, NCRs, and punch points.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, applicable standards, and approved documents.
- Monitor and resolve project technical issues.
- Maintain project records and documentation.
- Support final documentation, dispatch, and project closure.
- Guide and support junior engineers/project team members.




- Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Skills Required

- A strong understanding of field instrumentation and control systems is needed.
- Certifications such as ATEX/SIL guidelines are an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
- A positive command of English in technical communication is necessary
- Advance knowledge MS Office specially Excel is required
- Strong negotiation skills with customers and vendors is a key requirement.
- Strong technical understanding of working and specifications of field instruments (Pressure, Temperature, Level and Flow)
- Positive outlook and the ability to work under pressure and meet the project requirements.

Education

- A bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Technical Sales in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is essential. Familiarity with instruments such as pressure/temperature transmitters, gauges, and control valves will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry, as well as export sales, is preferred.
