Role Description:

The Senior Production Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position oversees day-to-day production operations, including planning production schedules, coordinating workflow, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The role involves managing production resources, monitoring quality parameters, and implementing process improvements to maintain high standards in book-related services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to effectively oversee end-to-end production processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess experience in working in Publishing house or Printing.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of books or related technical disciplines if applicable to specialized production lines.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Control to maintain consistent standards and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Relevant skills such as leadership, problem-solving, time management, and process optimization are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in a senior production or operations role within publishing, marketing, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field is advantageous.
