Lead Digital Transformation in HealthcareAre you passionate about leveraging healthcare technology to transform hospital operations and improve patient care? Join KareXpert and lead large-scale HIMS implementations across some of the region's leading healthcare institutions. From project kickoff to go-live and stabilization, you will work closely with hospital leadership, clinical teams, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver impactful digital healthcare solutions.

What You'll DoProgram Leadership &

- Governance

- Act as the face of KareXpert leadership for assigned customer engagements.
- Lead end-to-end HIMS implementation programs across multiple hospitals and healthcare networks.
- Drive resource planning, mobilization, and deployment to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings, executive reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop project plans, implementation roadmaps, risk mitigation strategies, and governance frameworks.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively raise red flags and drive corrective actions.
- Govern project KPIs related to scope, cost, quality, timelines, customer satisfaction, and adoption.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery excellence.
- Partner with Finance teams to monitor revenue realization,



collections, project profitability, and commercial milestones.
- Drive process compliance, operational governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of recent clinical and operational workflows.

Stakeholder & • Client Management

- Build strong relationships with hospital CXOs, clinical leadership, IT teams, and operational stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct executive presentations, business reviews, and program status updates for senior leadership.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and transparent communication.

People Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ professionals across implementation, clinical, training, and technical functions.
- Drive team performance, capability development, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centric delivery.

Technical & • Solution Leadership

- Possess strong hands-on knowledge of Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS) and healthcare workflows.
- Lead solution discussions, implementation planning, and technical workshops with customers.
- Drive system configuration, workflow validation, training, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor team members on HIMS modules and implementation best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration of HIMS with third-party healthcare and enterprise systems.

Travel & • Deployment





- Be available for onsite engagement as required by business and project needs.
- Demonstrate flexibility and enthusiasm for extensive travel, including local, domestic, and international assignments.

What You Bring

- MBA (Healthcare) / B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics) / MCA.
- 5–8 years of experience in Healthcare IT and HIMS implementation.
- Proven experience managing large-scale healthcare implementation programs.
- Successful track record of implementing solutions for multi-chain hospital groups or hospitals with 500+ beds.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and post-go-live support processes.
- Demonstrated experience in managing SteerCo meetings, executive stakeholders, escalations, and project governance.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams of 10 or more professionals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, make decisions under ambiguity, and drive outcomes.
