This is a business critical role in the ROW Product team for managing Units Per Box (UPB) metric for ROW countries. This role will require working closely with Supply chain teams, Product teams, and category teams to ideate and drive strategic initiatives to improve costs influenced by Units Per Purchase to unit per box conversions.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Drive improved UPB for ROW Amazon on an ongoing basis, using all input parameters across inventory stocking at FCs (both Amazon & External), technology tools, and working with the relevant category partner teams to drive customer order behavior on the platform to support driving up Units per Purchase and Units per Box partnering with product teams.
- Requires complete ownership end to end of the UPB program.
- Involves ongoing engagement with Supply chain, operations, products, and business stakeholders at a senior level, working closely with stakeholders to define goals and deliver to them year on year.
About the Team The ROW SC Product team is a central team supporting products for Supply chain teams across ROW. The UPB charter focuses on packaging splits reduction initiatives and has a direct bearing on customer experience and profitability. Stakeholders include leaders at Director and VP levels across organizations.
Skills required include sharp data analysis, interpretation, and articulation with stakeholders, and safeguarding the tenets of the charter through engaging with the stakeholders. It is a high visibility role with high impact.
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
