Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and seasoned Technical Lead - Engineering to drive our development team in Noida. In this role, you will take complete ownership and accountability for the design, development, and timely delivery of enterprise-class software solutions for global pharmaceutical companies.

You will lead a high-performing team of 4 to 8 engineers, championing modern full-stack architectures, microservices, and cutting-edge engineering practices—including the responsible adoption of AI-assisted development tools.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–8 engineers, overseeing hiring, annual appraisals, career development, and technical capability building.
Architecture & Design: Drive the design and development of scalable, secure,



and highly available microservices-based applications.
Sprint & Delivery Execution: Collaborate with Product Owners and architects to plan, prioritize, and monitor sprints, ensuring strict adherence to release schedules and high-quality software output.
Hands-on Technical Guidance: Conduct rigorous design and code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical roadblocks, and provide direct hands-on support.
Engineering Standards & AI Adoption: Enforce best practices across coding standards, unit testing, and documentation while promoting the protected, practical integration of AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Amazon Q Developer).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Project Managers, Test Managers, and database/QA teams to deliver technical Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and feature releases within an Agile framework.
