Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to own project execution end-to-end and ensure smooth delivery of product initiatives across engineering teams.

This is a core Project Management / Technical Project Management role, not a Business Analyst position. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Agile project execution, sprint management, engineering coordination, release management, stakeholder management, and delivery tracking.

The candidate should be comfortable working closely with developers, driving execution, resolving blockers, managing timelines, and ensuring successful product delivery in a quick-paced SaaS / product-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project execution, from planning through delivery and release.
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
Drive sprint execution and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and scope.
Coordinate closely with engineering, product, QA,



and other technical teams.
Identify and proactively resolve project blockers, dependencies, and execution gaps.
Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and mitigation plans.
Manage release schedules and ensure smooth deployment of product releases.
Ensure alignment between Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and other stakeholders.
Maintain project visibility through Jira, ClickUp, Zoho, or similar project management tools.
Monitor timelines, resource allocation, sprint velocity, and delivery milestones.
Support engineering teams with prioritization, planning, estimation, and execution.
Conduct regular project status reviews and provide transparent updates to stakeholders.
Take ownership of escalations and drive timely resolution independently.
Ensure project documentation, execution tracking, and reporting are maintained accurately.
