Job DescriptionRole Overview:
nWe are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in
nmobile app user acquisition. You will own paid acquisition channels across Google, Meta, and Affiliate networks in
nthe Indian market, managing campaign budgets, tracking in-app events, and building explicit reporting structures.
nKey Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution: Plan, run, and scale paid app acquisition campaigns on Google App Campaigns, Meta Ads Manager,Shopping and Catalogue and Affiliate / Ad Networksn
Budget & Optimization: Manage monthly performance budgets to optimize CAC and ROASn
Event Tracking & MarTech: Partner with product/tech teams to set up, test, and debug in-app event tracking, postbacks, and attribution using MMPsn
Reporting & Analytics:



Build and maintain daily/weekly performance dashboards to analyze conversion funnelsn

nRequirements:
n● 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a primary focus on mobile app
nacquisition.

Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Affiliate Marketing.n
Solid analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and MMPsn
Deep understanding of in-app event mechanics, attribution models, and conversion funnel tracking.n
