Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver customer orders safely and on time
Follow the assigned routes and time schedules
Use the mobile app to receive and manage orders
Ensure orders are handled with care
Maintain a positive relationship with customers
Comply with traffic rules and delivery protocols
Report to the assigned hub or team lead as required
Mandatory Requirements
Personal 2-wheeler (bike or scooter)
Valid Driving License (for 2-wheelers)
Aadhar Card
PAN Card
Android smartphone
Eligibility Criteria
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to read and follow delivery instructions
Basic smartphone knowledge
Familiarity with routes in Delhi NCR
Prior delivery experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
