Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Full Stack Developer with robust hands-on expertise in Node.js, React, TypeScript, SQL, and NoSQL databases. The role involves designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting full-stack applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices.The successful candidate will also use AI code generation tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools, to improve development efficiency while applying appropriate review, testing, and security practices. The role contributes to business objectives by delivering scalable, responsive, maintainable, and well-tested software solutions.

Software Requirements
Required
3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Solid proficiency in Node.js using Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks.
Robust proficiency in React, including:
React Hooks
State management
Component architecture
Responsive and performant user interface development
Experience with TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with AI code generation tools, including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor,



or similar tools.
Understanding of prompt engineering for coding tasks.
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
Experience with Git version control and branching practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of RESTful API design and best practices.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Experience troubleshooting and debugging production issues.

Preferred
Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices in production environments.
Experience with advanced Node.js or React application architecture.
Familiarity with automated testing, code-quality checks, and secure software development practices.
Exposure to cloud-based application deployment and monitoring.
Experience creating reusable development components and improving engineering workflows.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development
