Key Responsibilities:
Training Needs Assessment:
Evaluate training needs for employees within the banca channel.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand performance gaps and develop training programs.

Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to the banca channel's goals.
Conduct training sessions or workshops, either in-person or online.
