Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee and manage IT projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Create and maintain IT MIS Reports for management.
Utilize Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel to analyze data and present findings.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain documentation related to project management and IT support.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
