Position Overview

We are looking for a agile Brand Marketing Manager with 3 to 8 years of experience to drive our brand strategy across traditional and digital mediums. In this role, you will lead comprehensive 360° brand campaigns, spearhead media planning initiatives, and act as the primary bridge for agency coordination to ensure seamless execution, high Share of Voice (SOV), and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities & Scope
360° Brand Campaigns: Build breakthrough campaigns seamlessly spanning TV (Linear/CTV) and digital channels, OOH, and influencers.
Strategic Media Planning: Spearhead media planning initiatives, defining optimal channel mix, flighting schedules, and budget allocations to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
Agency & Partner Management: Drive day-to-day agency coordination,



briefing creative and media partners to ensure flawless campaign delivery and brand consistency.
Brand Storytelling & Strategy: Shape compelling brand narratives, translating consumer insights into culture-worthy campaigns that blend mass-market reach with premium brand positioning.
Performance & Data Optimization: Monitor segment-level campaign performance metrics, analyzing engagement, SOV, SOE, and customer acquisition data to optimize future strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Creative, Media, Product, Digital, Sales, and Growth teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3 to 8 years of progressive brand marketing experience (Consumer Tech, Internet, or Premium Consumer Brands preferred).
Channel Expertise: Proven hands-on experience managing integrated campaigns with solid exposure to TV and digital brand experiences.
