NTHE ROLE
nAn opportunity to become a part of one of India's most differentiated consumer investment funds and get hands-on experience of independently leading portfolio company growth. We are looking for an operator who will manage 2-3 portfolio companies at a time and be responsible for the entire lifecycle of these investments.



You will work almost like a co-founder in the portfolio companies (on behalf of the fund), with heavy hands-on operational and strategic involvement, being close to the decisions that actually determine how a business scales. In addition, you shall have the chance to evaluate investible opportunities and lead transactions end to end. Ideally, the candidate should have the ability to combine the instincts of a builder with the detachment of an operator assessing the business in full.
