NIdeal Experience: Graduate from a Tier-1/ Tier-2 engineering college. Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a business role/ strategy role/ chief of staff role/ founder's office in a rapid-paced startup.

- Work closely withthe CEO & HODs to develop and refine the company's product & automation priorities, and with cross-functional teams to create action plans. N
- Lead the business & product transformation projects. N
- Drive & monitor the progress of strategic projects and initiatives, identify potential roadblocks,



and propose solutions to keep initiatives on track. N
- Develop strategic frameworks and models to support decision-making processes N

- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for the CEO to communicate strategic initiatives, progress, and outcomes. N
