Hiring: Senior Manager – Procurement | Kochi

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Procurement to lead strategic sourcing and procurement operations, with strong expertise in Wheat & Spices Procurement.

? Location: Kochi – Onsite

? Experience: 10–15 Years

? Budget: Up to ₹12 LPA

? Must Have: Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sourcing & procurement strategies
- Lead wheat & spices procurement and supplier development
- Drive commercial negotiations, cost optimisation & savings
- Manage vendor performance, audits & risk assessments
- Monitor commodity prices and manage price volatility
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO & HACCP standards
- Manage procurement budgets, inventory & cost control
- Lead, mentor & develop the procurement team
- Build robust relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
