Senior Performance Marketer — Meta Ads & Webinar Funnels

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who can take ownership of Meta Ads and webinar funnels — not just operate Ads Manager. You'll plan, launch, optimize and scale paid campaigns while understanding the full journey: ad → landing page → registration → webinar attendance → conversion.
We need someone who looks beyond CPL and asks: Are we attracting the right leads? Are they registering? Showing up? Converting? What needs to change?
You should be comfortable using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT or Lovable to build and iterate landing pages yourself, rather than waiting on a developer.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Meta Ads performance — plan, launch, optimize and scale lead-gen and webinar campaigns across multiple accounts; own CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, landing page conversion, cost per registration and lead quality
- Creative direction — you decide which angles, hooks and formats get tested, based on data, not just brief the design team and wait
- Webinar funnel management — improve show-up rates via email/SMS/WhatsApp reminder sequences; own WhatsApp nurturing from registration through conversion; diagnose drop-off at every funnel stage
- Landing page optimization — analyze conversion/opt-in rates, then build and modify pages yourself using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable); comfortable with GHL, ClickFunnels or similar
- Tracking mastery — Meta Pixel/CAPI and Google Ads conversion tracking set up correctly; you can tell when data can't be trusted
- Data analysis — strong Excel/Google Sheets skills to turn post-webinar data into clear insight summaries (this is a must, not a nice-to-have)
- Budget management — know when to scale, hold, reduce or kill; reallocate spend based on performance
- Client communication — present results confidently and directly in client calls/groups, not just send a report
Working knowledge of YouTube Ads is a plus as accounts expand beyond Meta.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-haves:
- 2–3+ years hands-on performance marketing experience, independently managed (not just assisting)
- Strong practical experience with Meta Ads and lead-gen campaigns
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting
- Comfortable using AI tools to build/modify landing pages
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and communication skills to defend results with clients
Strong advantage
- Webinar funnel experience, including WhatsApp/SMS nurturing
- Experience with coaching, consulting, education or other high-ticket offers
- GHL/ClickFunnels, GTM/CAPI implementation knowledge
- Experience managing substantial monthly ad budgets
- Agency experience
This role is NOT for you if you:
- Need to be told what optimization to make every day
- Judge success purely by CPL
- Only know how to boost posts
- Wait for the creative team instead of proposing tests
- Are uncomfortable with AI tools or direct client communication
