Position Summary
The AGM – Hotel Project will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of the hotel project within approved timelines, quality standards, and budgets. The incumbent will act as the single-point coordinator between management, consultants, contractors, vendors, and statutory authorities, ensuring smooth project delivery from construction through completion and handover.
The role requires robust technical expertise in civil, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), and interior fit-out works, along with excellent project coordination and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
Take overall responsibility for planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of the hotel project.
Ensure project milestones are achieved as per approved schedules.
Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate construction activities to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.

Technical Oversight
Review and monitor civil, structural, MEP, and interior works.
Ensure proper integration and coordination among all disciplines.
Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Evaluate technical proposals, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, MEP cons
