Role Overview:

The Senior ServiceNow Developer leads complex development tasks and platform architecture design. They act as a technical SME and mentor for junior developers while ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, performant ServiceNow applications and integrations
Lead complex scripting and business rule implementations
Perform code reviews and enforce development standards
Act as a platform SME to guide decision-making and best practice adoption
Engage in architectural planning and contribute to platform roadmap

Key Skills:
Expert-level ServiceNow development experience (server/client scripting, integrations, APIs)
Deep knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, HRSD)
Experience with Flow Designer, Script Includes, Glide APIs
Robust understanding of platform architecture and data models
Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities
