CMDB Data Management:
Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the CMDB, including enterprise software applications (What OS, when to sunset etc.,)
Ensure that CIs are created, updated, and deleted using approved processes and procedures.
ITIL Process Support:
Work with other IT teams to ensure that CMDB data is used effectively.
Provide guidance and training to other IT staff on CMDB usage and best practices.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that CMDB data is accurate and up-to-date.
Communicate CMDB data and insights to stakeholders (Data Analytics)
Tools and Technologies:
Proficient in using CMDB tools, such as ServiceNow.
Familiar with discovery tools and techniques.
Experience with asset management tools.
Other Responsibilities:
Participate in CMDB improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain CMDB documentation.
Assist with CMDB audits.

Skills and Qualifications:
ITIL Certified (Must have)




Solid understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Configuration Management.
Experience with CMDB tools, such as ServiceNow.
Experience with asset management tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hyderabad based only, and work during USA hours
