CTC: ₹3.25 LPA + Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with assigned bank branches.
Coordinate with bank employees to generate life insurance leads.
Achieve assigned sales targets through the bank channel.
Explain life insurance products to customers and recommend suitable plans.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
Maintain regular interaction with branch staff and customers.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company guidelines.
Provide after-sales service and maintain customer relationships.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, BFSI, or related sales.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales and relationship manage
