Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve assigned sales targets for life insurance through the bank's branch channels.
Generate leads from bank staff and convert them into successful sales.
Cross-sell and up-sell life insurance products to existing bank customers.
Relationship Management
Maintain robust relationships with branch managers, operations staff, and other bank employees.
Conduct regular training and engagement activities to motivate bank staff for insurance referrals.
Act as a single point of contact between the bank and the insurance company.
Customer Service
Provide end-to-end support to customers — from explaining product features to policy issuance and after-sales service.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
Compliance & Process
Adhere to all regulatory and company guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure KYC compliance.
Submit daily and weekly reports on sales activities and achievements.
Training & Development
Conduct product and process training sessions for bank employees.
Keep updated on current product launches, features, and market trends.
