N n About the Role
NWe are looking for a hands-on Lead / Manager – IT Infrastructure & Network to own and scale Amber's internal IT setting.
NThis role requires someone with strong experience across IT infrastructure, networking, IT operations, asset management and access management . We’re looking for someone who has personally managed and improved the IT environment of a growing organisation and is comfortable combining hands-on problem-solving with team and stakeholder management.
NYou'll be responsible forensuring our office and employee IT infrastructure is reliable, secure and scalable, while building processes that support teams across locations.

NNetwork & IT Infrastructure

- Own and manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs,



firewalls and network access controls . N
- Manage office network infrastructure, including switches, access points, cabling and connectivity . N
- Monitor network availability and performance and proactively resolve infrastructure issues. N
- Manage and improve IT infrastructure across offices, employees and business systems. N
- Manage core environments including Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID and endpoint infrastructure . N
- Ensure appropriate backup, disaster recovery and business-continuity processes are in place. N
- Work with vendors and service providers for network, infrastructure and IT requirements. N
