Role Description:

The Senior Operations Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Surat. This position is responsible for assessing client operations, mapping current processes, and recommending structured, scalable workflows across key business functions. The consultant will design and implement organizational structures, SOPs, performance frameworks, and execution roadmaps, working closely with founders and leadership teams to ensure alignment between strategy and operations.

Day-to-day activities include conducting diagnostic assessments, leading client workshops, developing and presenting improvement plans, and overseeing implementation to drive measurable performance gains.



The role also involves mentoring client teams, monitoring progress against agreed metrics, and providing ongoing guidance to sustain operational discipline and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify operational bottlenecks, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess consulting and operations management skills to design scalable processes, optimize workflows, and manage implementation across multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to facilitate workshops, present complex ideas clearly, and build trusted relationships with senior leadership.

- Experience in business process improvement, organizational design, or performance management, preferably in consulting or operations-heavy environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, drive change, and work with senior decision-makers in fast-growing organizations.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
