Are you an experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE Specialist ready to take the next step into a technical leadership role?

Nuotech.ai is looking for a Senior Oracle FLEXCUBE Technical Lead to drive core banking technical architecture, complex integrations, customizations, and high-impact FLEXCUBE transformation projects.

? Location: Bangalore

? Experience: 10–12 Years

? Employment: Full-time

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement FLEXCUBE extensibility solutions using ODT / RAD Tool

Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers & custom handlers

Work with Oracle Database 19c / 21c

Lead integrations using FC Gateway, REST/SOAP APIs, FCDC, OFSEG & WebLogic JMS

Optimize SQL queries, EOD/BOD batch processing and kernel customizations

Lead technical architecture, design discussions and code reviews

Mentor and guide mid-level FLEXCUBE developers

Drive SIT, UAT, mock runs and go-live support

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ 10–12 years of total IT experience

✅ 9+ years of hands-on Oracle FLEXCUBE development

✅ Strong experience with FLEXCUBE v12.x / v14.x

✅ Strong technical knowledge of CIF, CASA, Lending/CL,



ELCM & EOD

✅ Experience in at least 2 full-lifecycle FLEXCUBE implementations, upgrades or major customization projects

✅ Strong expertise in Oracle Database & Advanced PL/SQL

✅ Working knowledge of Unix/Linux, WebLogic, Java/J2EE, XML & JSON
